• Business Consultant Associate

Part Time, Full Time, Work Study

Within this position: Associates will work on private equity projects, drafts of business documents, business analysis (within the context of growth propositions or M and A activities), market research and deal structuring for start-up businesses, business marketing and PR, and regulatory reporting. In addition to this work, associates will also be tasked with non-profit venture philanthropy  through financial analysis, filing, and grant-writing. Each assigned project will provide the potential to earn bonuses and if done well, will leave associates with great experience in their field of study.

Pay is dependent on experience, starting range $22.00 per hour, with lunch, health, and beauty stipends, in addition of opportunities to earn high monthly bonus compensation. Goldman wants to make the experience enjoyable and will provide plenty of activities, outings, and employee perks.

• Summer Internship Program

Starting May of 2023 Goldman Advisors Group will be holding a summer internship program for highly motivated individuals pursuing an education specialized in finance and mathematics, as well as individuals in the corporate marketing and sales field. These individuals will have the opportunity to work as summer associates for Goldman Legal Advisors, LLC where they will be given hands-on work with a partner and be able to gain real world consulting experience. This position also gives individuals the ability to assist with local non-profit work by advancing the causes of our sister company, the Beta Sole Foundation. Each project, if executed well, will lend to the potential of earning bonuses and will provide the hire with great references for past experience in their field of study and allow for the possibility of future advancement in the workplace. 

An individual chosen for this role focus will be tasked with: working on private equity projects, performance of business analysis, developing market research for start-up businesses, reviewing and drafting legal documents, assisting with business marketing and PR, and progressing their understanding of regulatory reporting. Some travel (with appropriate notice) may be required for this position. This is a paid internship set to start May of 2023. Applicants should have the ability to work a full shift (11am-7pm) five days a week, be able to come into work on time, and take the necessary steps to meet the job requirements. Interns will be given monthly feedback on work performance and an end of summer evaluation that will be viable to use in future endeavors. Working for Goldman Advisors Group and in tandem with our sister company, Beta Sole Foundation, will allow interns to gain experience in various business sectors and apply their skills to various situations while making a difference in the greater community.
